Copy contacts from device or SIM

Note that you are not able to copy your contacts from you phone to the SIM. You can however copy your contacts from your SIM to your mobile phone. From the home screen you will click on the Settings and the Mail, Contacts & Calendar. You will need to scroll down the screen and import SIM contacts. If you wish to copy it from another device directly you can copy it from the iCloud.

If you wish to copy your contacts to the iCloud then you would go from Settings to iCloud and then allow the phone to sync the contacts. Then later sync the contacts again when needed.

Enable or disable mobile data

If you wish to enable or disable the mobile data on your iPhone 4 then do the following. Press the Settings button and then press General and then Mobile or Cellular. You can then enable or disable mobile data on the phone. This will be under mobile data or cellular data.

Set date and time

Check multimedia message settings (MMS settings)

Check text message settings (SMS settings)

To check the SMS settings you click on Settings and then click on Messages. From there you can see your settings.

Check your email account settings

If you want to check your mail settings then do the following to see it. Click on the Settings button and then click on Mail, Contacts, Calendars to see the mail settings. Below are the Gmail and Yahoo mail settings.

How to enable or disable iMessage

Save contacts to iCloud

If you want to save your contacts to the iCloud you can click on Settings and then press on iCloud. Press on Contacts and then switch on sync and then the contacts to the Cloud so you can merge or cancel. The Merge is an option when making the backup of the Contacts to the iCloud.
